Hunter Fede, Esq. MBA

Hunter graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, then earned both a Juris Doctor and an MBA from Elon University. Before founding the practice, he spent six years in corporate banking in Nashville — reading, negotiating, and living with the consequences of commercial agreements from the business side of the table.

That background shapes the practice: contracts reviewed the way a lender reads them, businesses counseled by someone who has sat in budget meetings, and clients spoken to in plain English rather than statute citations.

Hunter lives and practices in Williamson County. Every matter the firm takes is handled by him personally — no associates, no hand-offs.

How the practice works
01
You talk to Hunter, not an intake desk

Calls, emails, and texts go to the attorney handling your matter.

02
Fees quoted before work begins

Flat fees on most traffic and formation matters; everything else quoted up front.

03
An honest read, even when it’s “don’t hire me”

If paying the ticket or skipping the lawyer is the better outcome, you’ll hear it in the first call.
